Vegan French Toast


Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup nondairy milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • bread

Method:
  1. Mix together bananas, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Soak bread in mixture on both sides.
  3. Fry in pan at medium heat with a bit of butter or oil.

Makes: 4-5 slices of bread
